Determination of methylnaltrexone (MNTX) synergistic effects with rapamycin on inhibition of VEGF-induced human endothelial cell (EC) proliferation and migration. This file shows through inhibition curves and isobologram analysis that MNTX acts synergistically with the mTOR inhibitor, rapamycin, on inhibition of VEGF-induced angiogenic events.
